This 10 ounce bag of Dark Honey is an all natural medium roast coffee. The name Dark Honey comes from the coffee drying process called "The Black Honey Method." This method is when the skins are removed from the coffee's fruit, but virtually all of the pulp is allowed to dry on the beans. This results in a deep, pungent profile with flavor notes of chocolate and cherry.
These beans have been cultivated in San Pacho, El Salvador, and roasted in Richmond, VA.
